Each share costs 16.000 euros and gives the buyer 1% of the total film-sale profit worldwide.
Each share-buyer is also entitled to a credit in the closing titles of the film, an investment receipt for tax purposes and a VHS / DVD copy of the completed film.
The screenplay of the film is the result of 15 years of professional work and it resembles nothing else in the history of cinema. Its absolute originality and universality makes the story highly interesting for viewers all over the world and perfectly accessible to each and everyone of them, turning this feature film into a perfect export product, with tremendously high world-sale potential.
Director Gabriel Daniel Dorobantu about this film:
"In this world, there are films which are almost identical to other films. And there are films which more or less resemble other films. Then there are films which are different. And there are also films which are unique.
Then there is this film which will give a whole new meaning to the word “cinema” (please forgive my lack of modesty). Based on a screenplay which is the amazing result of more than 15 years of exceptionally inspired creative work, this film will definitely revolutionize the seventh art, introducing an absolutely new concept and generating an entire current.
Therefore, revealing anything about its content would automatically imply pretty high stealing risks, as some people in the branch sometimes feel tempted to get their hands on other creators´ extremely valuable intellectual properties and use them as if they were their own creations. Copyright registration doesn´t help at all, since it doesn´t protect the original concept – which is what this film is all about."
The screenplay - due to its exceptional originality and because of the danger for the incredibly original idea to be stolen - will be kept secret until the film production will be completed.
All decisions regarding the script, the creation, the production and the distribution will be exclusively taken by the producer / director / screenplay writer and they are strictly non-negotiable.
Preliminarily, the shooting period is settled for the summer of year 2006 and the production is planned to be completed in 2007. Circumstantial changes are possible.
Once the work on the film has begun, each share-holder will be entitled to receive official monthly reports signed by the producer, containing written information about the current state of the production process.
The 16.000 euros paid for one film-share is non-refundable, unless the production fails to be completed.
The completed film will be proposed for presentation at major international festivals and will then be sold for worldwide distribution on the cinema, video and television market.
